Aai Caretaker

Aai Caretaker is run out of Room B/4 in Ashok Nagar, over in Chembur. We are pretty close to the Krishna medical store in the Vasinaka area. It’s a local neighborhood, and we are local people. We provide caretakers for families who need someone to look after their elders or sick relatives. It’s a very personal kind of work. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a room where we meet people and talk about their needs. We spend a lot of time interviewing staff and making sure they are the right fit for the homes they go to. Chembur 400 074 is our home base, and most of our helpers live around here too. We started this because we saw how hard it was for families to manage everything on their own. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing budget. Most of our clients find us because a neighbor or a friend told them about us. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. It’s hard work, and sometimes things don't go perfectly, but we always try to fix it. We aren't a big agency, just a small group trying to help out in our own way. We've been in Ashok Nagar for years and plan to stay here for many more to come. It feels good to help people stay in their homes.
