A C E Academy

I've been here in Dadar West for a while now running A C E Academy. It's just a regular place where students come after their school hours. The room isn't fancy, but it gets the job done when we’re all sitting around the tables working through problems. Most of the kids live nearby, so they just walk over. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how it is. I started this because I noticed kids in the neighborhood needed a spot to focus away from their busy homes. We spend a lot of time on the basics. I don't have a big staff or anything, just a few people helping out. We keep the lights on late during exam months because that's when the pressure really hits. It’s funny how the same questions keep coming up year after year. I try to keep things organized, though my desk is usually a mess of papers and old pens. The address is easy to find if you know the Dadar area well enough. We don't do much advertising; people just hear about us from their neighbors or cousins who came here before. It feels good when a student finally understands a concept they’ve been struggling with for weeks. That's really all there is to it. No big secrets or special methods, just sitting down and doing the work together until it clicks.
