You can find Think Tank Interactions Private Limited over in the Times Square Building. We are up on the 7th and 8th floors in the Mascots section. It is right there on the Western Express Highway in Andheri. Being right on the highway means it is always noisy outside with the traffic, but inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking. It is a big building with many different companies, so there are always lots of people coming and going in the lobby. We have two floors, which sounds like a lot of space, but we use every bit of it for our teams. It is not all fancy lounges or modern art on the walls. It is just desks, computers, and people trying to get their tasks finished before the day ends. The view from the 8th floor shows a lot of the Andheri traffic. Sometimes we just stare out the window when we need a minute to think. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty set for everyone. We show up, deal with the long commute, and then dive into whatever is on the calendar. It is a practical setup for a business. We do not spend much time on office perks or decorating. We are more about getting the job done. Andheri is a fast-paced place, and we just try to keep up with the rhythm.
