Shreya Chauhan Spices (Opc) Privatelimited

My spice business, Shreya Chauhan Spices (Opc) Privatelimited, is tucked away in Vikhroli, over at Kannamwar Nagar. It's in Building No 194, which is part of Shree Gokul Nagar. I started this on my own because I always liked how spices smell when they're fresh. It's an OPC, so it's mostly just me making the decisions and a couple of helpers who come in. The Vasahat area is pretty crowded, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time grinding and mixing things. The air always smells like turmeric or chili. Sometimes it makes you sneeze if you're not used to it. I didn't want a big corporate office in some glass building. This place in Shree Gokul Nagar fits what we do perfectly. It’s practical and it’s close to the market. We have some basic grinders and packing stuff. Most of our neighbors know us by the smell of the spices. We just take it one day at a time. It’s hard work, especially when it’s humid. We don't have some big fancy story to tell or a glossy brochure. I just wanted to make spices that people in the neighborhood can use every day. We keep the machines clean and try to get things out on time. The building is older, but it’s sturdy enough. I'm usually there from early morning until late evening. It’s just how it goes when you’re running your own small place. We don't do much advertising because the quality speaks for itself. We just keep grinding and packing every day. It’s a simple life.
