Down in Jogeshwari West, you’ll find us at Roshan Nagar. We are Ramdev Khajur Mart Llp, located in Shop Number 7 of Building Number 2. This is a busy part of Mumbai, right on the New Link Road and near Behram Baug. Our shop is small and packed with boxes of dates and other dry fruits. It’s a very practical space. We don't have fancy displays or bright neon lights. It’s just shelves filled with what we sell. The New Link Road is always noisy with cars and rickshaws, so there’s a constant hum of traffic while we work. We’ve been here in this SRA building for a bit, and we know many of the people who live nearby. Selling dates isn't a complex business, but it requires a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Other days, we are so busy we barely have time to eat lunch. We don’t have a website with a lot of fancy photos. Most of our customers are locals who stop by while they are out doing their shopping. We keep things honest and straightforward. We check the quality of the khajur ourselves because we wouldn't want to sell anything we wouldn't eat. It’s just a regular shop in a regular Mumbai neighborhood, doing what we do best for the people who come in.
