Ralotech Solutions Private Limited is in a slightly unusual spot. We are at Gr-23 in the Evershine Mall, specifically near the North Meter Cabin 1. It’s right at the junction of Link Road and the Dumping Ground Road in Malad West. It’s not the most glamorous address, and sometimes the smell from the nearby area can be a bit much when the wind blows the wrong way. But the mall itself is a busy place and it’s easy for people to find us. We have a small ground-floor space that we’ve made our own. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all our gear, but we make it work. We do a lot of technical repairs and solution-based work. People often drop by with things that aren't working right, and we see what we can do. We aren’t a big, polished company. Our workbench is usually messy and there are parts scattered everywhere. We just like fixing things. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We’re just a few guys who know our way around electronics and systems. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners in the mall know us. It’s a decent place to work, even with the traffic and the noise outside. We just keep doing our thing and helping out whoever walks through the door.
