Pratiti Spices Private Limited is located in Kandivali West, specifically at Jay Krishna Apartment on M.G. Road. It’s inside the Dhiraj Presidency building, which most people in this part of Mumbai recognize. We started this because we noticed how hard it is to find spices that actually taste like they should. Working out of an apartment space like room 203 means we have to be very organized. Boxes are everywhere sometimes. We spend our mornings checking the latest batches that come in. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing things out and sealing bags. The traffic on M.G. Road can be a nightmare for deliveries, so we usually try to get things moved early in the morning. My cousin helps out with the accounts, and we have a couple of guys who handle the heavy lifting. It’s not a glamorous office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We deal with various whole and ground spices. Sometimes the smell of chili powder makes everyone sneeze for an hour, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t spend money on big ads. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the name on the door. We are just trying to build something steady here in 400067 without overcomplicating things. It isn't always easy, but we manage somehow through the busy weeks and long nights.
