Ncsp India Software Private Limited is based in A-009, Sukh Sagar, which is on New Link Road in Borivali West. This is a very active part of the suburbs. The New Link Road is always full of cars and buses. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to get in and out. It’s a small space, nothing like those big corporate campuses you see in movies. We have a few desks squeezed in and some shelves for our files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us much. We spend most of our time at our computers anyway. Borivali West is a place where everyone is always in a hurry. You can hear the noise from the street all day long. We have a small tea break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. There are a couple of sandwich stalls and shops nearby where we get snacks. The office feels a bit like a home because it’s in a residential building. We know the security guards and the people who live upstairs. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have any marketing brochures or big presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come by and talk to us. It’s honest work and a simple environment. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the team.
