We are located over in Virar West, specifically in Shivdham Apartment. It's in the Shivsthan Bolinj area which has grown quite a bit lately. This retail setup is run out of apartment A 201. It’s a small operation, really. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks of running a business in a residential building. The stairs can be a bit steep but the neighborhood is friendly. People know us around here. We handle all our retail work from this one spot. It’s not like those big stores you see in the mall. We keep things grounded. Usually, the mornings are spent checking what needs to go out and talking to our local contacts. There’s a lot of paper work that people don’t see. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files pile up. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been in Thane district for some time now and like the pace here in Vasai. It’s not as rushed as central Mumbai. We take our time to get things right. Sometimes the rain hits the windows hard in July and we just keep working through it. There’s no big reception area or anything like that. Just a few chairs, some desks, and our inventory. It’s a practical way to work without spending too much on things we don't need. It gets the job done and we know where everything is.
