Our setup is in Chembur, over at Neelkanth Vihar. We are up on the 7th floor in Flat 701 of the Krishna Building, specifically the A Wing. It is right on S B K Marg, which stays pretty crowded because of the pipeline road behind Tilak Nagar. Working out of an apartment like this means things stay pretty grounded. We deal with nuts all day long, mostly sorting through stocks and managing orders from this one room. Chembur is a busy part of Mumbai, so there is always noise from the street below and people moving around the building. We’ve got the 400089 zip code for our mail. It’s not a huge factory floor, just a regular space where we keep our records and handle the logistics of the nut business. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around with our deliveries, but that is just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us here making sure the nuts are sorted and the customers are getting what they asked for. The pipeline area is a good landmark for people trying to find the building for the first time. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking bags of stock. It is a practical way to run things in a city like this where space is tight.
