Our place is on the ground floor of Sonal Apartment, Unit 3/5. We are located on Sonawalaa X Road No. 1 in Goregaon East. If you come by to visit, you’ll probably notice the smell of spices before you even see the door. It’s a very distinct aroma that sticks to your clothes, but we don't mind it at all. We spend our days dealing with different kinds of spices, sorting them and getting them ready for customers. Working on the ground floor makes it easy to move bags in and out of the shop, which is good because they can be quite heavy to lift. Goregaon East is always humming with activity, so there is never a quiet moment outside on the street. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace with shelves, containers, and weighing scales. Sometimes the dust from the spices makes us sneeze, but that’s just part of the trade. We aren't a big corporate entity; we are just a local business doing our thing. Our neighbors are other small shops and residents, so it feels like a proper community. We don't do much in terms of promotion. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy the daily routine.
