Innerworks Technologies Private Limited is located at R-2/A-57 in the Sai Mangal society. We are right by the Western Express Highway and JVL Road in Jogeshwari East. It’s very easy to spot because we are near Asmita School. This part of Mumbai is always moving, especially with the highway so close. You can hear the traffic almost all day, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office isn't some high-tech lab. It’s a modest space where we sit and work on whatever technology problems need solving. Being in Mumbai City-400060 means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes with all the files and equipment, but it’s our space. We started here because the location was convenient for the staff to get to by train or bus. We spend a lot of time just looking at code or fixing hardware issues that come up. There’s no corporate ladder or fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes we grab snacks from the little shops near the school during our breaks. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t put on any acts for visitors. If you come by, you’ll just see us busy at our desks, probably drinking chai and trying to meet a deadline. It's just honest work in a busy neighborhood. We like it here because it keeps us on our toes.
