We’re located up on the 19th floor of the R.N.A. Royal Park tower in Kandivali West. Hinterland Business Solutions Private Limited has been in this space for a while. The view from up here is actually pretty good, you can see quite a bit of Dahanukarwadi. But mostly we’re focused on the desks in front of us. We call ourselves business solutions, but really, we just help other companies with their back-office stuff and organizational tasks. It’s the kind of work that isn't very exciting to talk about at a party, but it’s necessary. Our office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment tucked into the corners. It’s a busy place. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually a lot of chatter between the desks. We don't have a fancy corporate culture. We’re just a group of people who show up, do what needs to be done, and try to get home to our families on time. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a client is in a rush, but we try to avoid that when we can. We’ve had the same few people working here for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We’d rather just keep the lights on and keep the work coming in. It’s a simple setup and it works for us.
