We are over in Vile Parle West at a place called Shantivilla. It’s on Bajaj Road, specifically 501 Shantivilla. Being in Vile Parle is great because everything is close by. The building is one of those older residential-style spots that has some office spaces too. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it has a lot of character. We are on the 5th floor. The lift works most of the time, which is a relief. Inside, it’s just a regular office. We have our software setups and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. We aren't big on decorations. Maybe a few old calendars on the walls and some plants that we forget to water sometimes. Bajaj Road is always busy with people going to the station or the market. You can hear the sounds of the city all day long. We just get on with our soft solutions work. It’s not glamorous. It involves a lot of troubleshooting and late nights when things don't go right. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. We usually grab snacks from the shops downstairs during our breaks. It’s a very local Mumbai way of working. We aren't some multinational corporation. We are just a small team trying to solve tech problems from a little office in Vile Parle. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down.
