Our place is in the Times Square building in Andheri East. We are up on the 7th and 8th floors. It’s right near the Western Express Highway and that Sai Service station everyone knows. Being in Andheri means it’s always crowded and there is always something happening. The building is quite big, so it took us a while to get used to where everything is. We have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. It’s a busy office because there is always a lot of work coming in. You can hear the hum of the air conditioning and the distant sound of traffic from the highway all day long. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing, even though the building looks like it. We are just a group of people doing tech stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at screens. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we go downstairs to the shops or just eat at our desks. The elevators can be a pain during the morning rush, so we try to time our arrival. It’s a practical location because the metro is close by. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with a lot of cables, computers, and people trying to get through their daily lists. Sometimes we stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the evening traffic on the highway.
