Cropnosys Ventures Llp has its office in the Boomerang building in Powai. Specifically, we are at B1 104 C. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Sakinaka and Chandivali Farm Road can get. It is always a struggle to get through the traffic around here. We work in the agricultural sector, but from an office perspective. We spend most of our time on computers and in meetings trying to figure out the venture side of things. The Boomerang building is a big place with lots of other companies, so it can feel a bit anonymous sometimes. We are just a small team in the middle of all that. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just try to get through our to-do lists and keep things moving. The Maharashtra-400072 area is quite modern, which is a contrast to the farms we actually deal with. We have stacks of files and lots of emails to get through every day. It is a lot of coordination and planning. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working in Powai who care about the agricultural business. It is a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make the most of our time in the office before the commute home. We don't have any flashy mission statements on the walls. It is just us and our desks.
