All8One Digication Private Limited is based out of Mulund East in Mumbai. We’re in Sai Ram Apartment, which is part of the Mhada Colony on Navghar Road. Being in B/34 means we’re tucked away in a residential block. It’s a very local feel here. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day—kids playing, people heading to the market, and the general hum of Mumbai. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve filled with computers and chairs. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Navghar Road is usually busy, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the local shopkeepers. It’s not the kind of place with a glass facade or a security desk in the lobby. We just have our own key and our own routine. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a mix of things we’ve picked up over time. It’s practical and it keeps our overhead low, which is fine by us. We spend our days working through projects and taking turns to go out for tea. It’s a real, working-class environment where we focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about looking corporate. We have a small window that lets in a bit of sun in the mornings, which is the best time to get the difficult stuff finished.
