You can find us in Kurla West, specifically at flat 402 in the Vinoba Bhave Nagar area. It is a busy neighborhood in Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside. Adm Systems India is based right here in this apartment-style office. We have been working from this spot for a while. It is a bit of a tight squeeze with all the hardware we have lying around, but we make it work. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. There is no one here sitting in a big leather chair giving orders. We just sit together and figure out the systems we are building. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy, or there’s some maintenance work going on, but we just put on our headphones. Working in Mumbai City means you have to be tough and patient. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or shiny signs. All our focus goes into the technical stuff we do every day. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs and spend most of our time staring at code. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We are just a local business trying to do things correctly in a very busy part of town. That is the long and short of it.
