Aajoobi Spices & Foods Private Limited

Aajoobi Spices & Foods is based right here on the ground floor of the Shivaji Nagar Hutment. Our space is care of Gaureeshankar Punnilal Gupta, and we are located on August Kranti Marg. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the street outside is always full of people and vendors. Since we deal with spices, you can usually smell the aroma of cloves or cardamom before you even walk through the door. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a real working space with bags of raw spices and grinding equipment. The floor is usually covered in a bit of spice dust, and we have to clean it constantly to keep things tidy. We spend our days measuring out portions and sealing bags. It’s a lot of manual labor. Mr. Gupta is usually around making sure the quality is what it should be. We don't have a big team or fancy titles. We’re just regular people who know our way around food. The location is a bit cramped, but we make the most of every square inch we have. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the spice smells even stronger, which can be a lot to handle for a whole shift. We don’t do any big advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see us working when they walk down the Marg. It’s a straightforward business.
