4X Technologies Private Limited

We’ve been running 4X Technologies Private Limited out of this office in Borivali West for a bit now. We are up on the ninth floor of the Mahavideh building, which sits right on Chandavarkar Road. It’s actually a pretty decent location because the Municipal Garden is just a short walk away. On days when the office feels a bit cramped or the air conditioning is being noisy, some of us head down there just to get some air. Being in Borivali means dealing with the crowds, especially near the station, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. The office itself, B-905, is where everything happens. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of cables everywhere that we keep meaning to tidy up. It’s not the sort of place you see in movies about tech companies. It’s just us, some chairs that squeak, and a lot of work to get through. Most mornings start with someone trying to fix the coffee machine or talking about how long the commute took. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We usually just talk across the room to get things sorted. Chandavarkar Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood, and we like that we can just step out and find whatever we need.
