We’ve been set up here in the Mahalaxmiwala Building for a while now. It’s on the 6th floor, so we get a decent view of the area around Lady Pochkanwala Road, though mostly it’s just other buildings and the tops of some trees. Getting up here can be a bit of a wait if the lift is being slow, which happens more often than we’d like. Jungoo Cawasji Fitter is the name on the door mostly. The office itself is nothing fancy, just some desks, chairs, and several computers that seem to stay on all night. We usually have lunch together in the small pantry or someone goes down to grab rolls from the corner shop. It gets pretty loud outside during the rush hour with all the traffic on the main road, but you get used to the honking after a week. It’s a tight space when everyone shows up at the same time. We don’t really have a big sign outside, so people usually have to call us when they reach Plot 18 to figure out which floor to press. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy with work to really worry about the decor. It’s just a regular place where we get things done, and honestly, the location is handy for getting to the station. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the windows rattle, but the roof doesn't leak, so we’re doing alright.
