Vichare Technologies Llp is based out of the first floor in Sandeep Building. If you know Vile Parle East, you know M V Pandloskar Marg is usually humming with activity. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s a convenient spot, close to everything. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and a lot of cables. We do technical work, mostly the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes websites and apps behave. Sometimes the rain gets loud against the windows during monsoon, but we keep working. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We deal with various IT problems. Some days are slow and others are a total mess of deadlines. That is just the nature of this business. We like being in this part of Mumbai. It feels like home. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand rules. If there's a problem, we just sit down and try to fix it. We don't use fancy jargon if we can help it. Just regular talk about how to make the tech work better for whoever is using it. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The office is often full of papers and half-finished projects, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task in front of us. It’s better than being in a big corporate office where you don’t know anyone.
