Tech Simians Llp is based out of Dahisar West. Our address is B 302, Pl 53 54, in the Quality Sonogram Chs Ltd building. It’s on Laxman Mhatre Road in the Nayagoan area. The building name is a bit unusual because of the clinic downstairs, but we are up on the third floor. It’s a quiet residential-style building, which makes for a pretty calm working environment compared to the busier parts of the city. We have a modest office space with just the essentials. There are windows that let in some light, which is nice in the mornings. We aren't a big firm with fancy lobbies; we’re just a small group of people working together in a flat that’s been turned into an office. Laxman Mhatre Road can get a little crowded during peak hours, but generally, it’s a decent area. We have our desks, a small pantry area, and a lot of folders stacked up. It’s a bit lived-in, with personal things on the desks and a calendar that’s usually a month behind. We like it this way. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate space. Most of us live in the northern suburbs, so being in Dahisar is quite convenient. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and being in a regular building like Quality Sonogram Chs keeps us grounded.
