Shivai Software Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in the Papa Ind Premises on Suren Road. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of everything in Mumbai. It is a busy place, 400093 is the pin code, and you can feel the energy of the city as soon as you step outside. Our office is in the Chs Ltd building, unit number 1. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there are always trucks moving around and people rushing to the train station. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. We have our computers and our chairs and that is about it. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone comes to visit, one of us just gets up and answers the door. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We’ve been here for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But Suren Road stays the same in many ways, always crowded and always loud. We don't mind it much. It keeps us awake. The staff here are just regular people who know a lot about software. We talk a lot of shop during the day, but we also talk about cricket and where to get a good lunch in the area. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just work on our projects and try to stay on top of things. It’s a busy life, but we like the spot we have and we plan to stay here for a while.
