Royaume Softech Private Limited

We are located in the MMRDA Colony in Mumbai. Our office is Flat No 603 in Building R3 of the Parth CHS Ltd. It’s a pretty standard residential colony, so it doesn't really feel like a typical tech hub. We are Royaume Softech Private Limited, and as the name suggests, we work on software. We’ve turned the flat into a working space where a handful of us sit and write code all day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it works for what we need. We have a kitchen where we make tea and a main room where all the action happens. The colony is always full of life, with neighbors walking around and kids playing outside, which is a nice change from a cold office building. We don’t have a human resources department or any fancy managers. We just manage ourselves and the work that needs to get done. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work and we have to climb the six floors, but that’s just how it is here. Our desks are covered in notebooks and hard drives because we are always in the middle of a few different things. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just try to build good software from our little corner of the city.
