Our place is in Flat 29 of Bharat CHS, located at Plot 345 in Charkop. If you know the Kandivali area, we are right in RSC 36, tucked away near the Hanuman Temple lane. It is a quiet residential spot, which is nice when we are trying to focus on tech stuff. The office is basically just a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have desks set up where the living room used to be. Sometimes you can hear the temple bells or the neighbors talking in the hallway, but it doesn't bother us much. We have been here for a while and the local shops nearby are where we get our lunch most days. Pheasant Technologies is a small team, and we mostly keep to ourselves. There is no big sign outside, just the nameplate on the door like everyone else in the building. We spend most of our time on the computers, working through whatever projects are on the desk that week. It is a bit crowded with all the wires and screens, but we manage. People usually find us by looking for the temple first since the lane can be a bit tricky to spot. It is a simple setup for a tech firm, but it works for what we do. We like the neighborhood vibe here in Kandivali. We usually end the day just as the evening prayers start at the temple, and it’s a nice way to wrap things up before heading home.
