Kanackam Studio Llp

You can find us at EMCA House on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road. We are on the second floor, specifically rooms 207 and 208. Ballard Estate is such an old, historic part of Mumbai with all those big stone buildings and wide streets. EMCA House is one of those places that has a lot of character. We like being here because the area has a certain feel to it that you just do not get in the newer parts of the city. Our studio space isn't huge, but having two rooms gives us enough space to spread out a bit. It is usually pretty quiet inside, despite the busy road outside. We spend most of our days here working on various things for Kanackam Studio Llp. The high ceilings in these old buildings are great. It doesn't feel like a cramped office. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the stairs are faster than the lift, so we get a bit of exercise coming and going. There are lots of little cafes nearby where we grab tea or a quick bite. It is a nice place to be based. We are not trying to impress anyone with a sleek, modern office; we just like the atmosphere of Ballard Estate. It is a good spot for us and we have made ourselves at home in these rooms over the last few years. It is practical and historic.
