We are based in Andheri East, right on Mahakali Caves Road. Our office is Flat A 21 in the Uttarayan CHS LTD building. Mumbai 400093 is a very busy area, and there is always something going on outside on the street. Gladtech Support And Services Private Limited has its home here in this residential society. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character, though the plumbing can be temperamental sometimes. We’ve converted the flat into a functional workspace with plenty of power strips and desks for everyone. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind it much. The location is good because it’s close to a lot of other businesses and transport options. We get a lot of noise from the traffic on Mahakali Caves Road, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and heat up our lunch boxes. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We just focus on getting through the support tickets and service requests that come in throughout the day. It’s a practical setup for a team like ours that prefers to keep things simple and direct.
