Florintree Solutions Llp is over on the 6th floor of the Cnergy building in Prabhadevi. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a while. Appasaheb Marathe Marg is usually buzzing, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is pretty standard. We have our desks, some chairs, and a small area for lunch. It’s a practical space. We don't go in for the whole "disruptive startup" look with bean bags or slides. We just need a place to sit and get the work finished. Working in Prabhadevi is convenient because of the transport links, though finding a good parking spot can be a headache. We spend our days mostly on the phones or on our computers. It's a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs doing, someone just grabs it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a fancy receptionist. We just show up, do the jobs we have on the list, and then head home. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. The building is solid, and the elevators usually work, which is all you can really ask for in this city. We like being in the middle of everything without having to act like we're special. It's just business as usual for us every single day.
