We’re tucked away in the Kamat Industrial Estate on Veer Savarkar Marg. Specifically, we’re in Gala number 8 on the second floor. Prabhadevi is a busy spot, and the industrial estate has a lot of different businesses going on at once. E-Cipher Technologies is our small corner of the building. It’s got that industrial feel—high ceilings, some exposed pipes, and the sound of the city coming through the windows. We work on various tech projects here. It's not a showroom; it's a workshop. There are cables everywhere and usually a few computers taken apart on the main table. We aren't big on formalities. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why a particular piece of code isn't behaving. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we get it right on the first try, but usually, it takes a few goes. We’ve been in this gala for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. The tea guy comes around at eleven and four, and that’s when we usually take a break. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over our desks. We just focus on getting the tasks done for our clients and making sure the bills are paid. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the week.
