Cegal Solutions Llp is based up on the 14th floor of Tower III in Raheja Tipco Heights. If you are familiar with Malad East, you know the Rani Sati area can get quite hectic with people and traffic. Our office feels a bit removed from all that noise because we are so high up. The view from the windows is one of the best parts of working here, especially in the evenings when the city lights start coming on. The space in unit 1402 isn't huge, but it fits us well enough. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—rows of desks, a few spinning chairs that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the water cooler and the coffee machine. The morning routine usually involves waiting a few minutes for the lift and then settling in for the day. We are a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, and it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We don't have a big HR department or fancy policies; we just talk to each other when something needs fixing. It’s a practical place to work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we head out early if the work is done. It’s just a normal group of people trying to do a good job in a busy part of Mumbai. There is no corporate polish here, just honest work.
