Government Higher Secondary School

The school is right here in Lajpat Nagar, Abohar. It’s a big building where we spend most of our day. Kids from all over the neighborhood come here early in the morning. You can hear them shouting and running around before the bell rings. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular government higher secondary school with classrooms and some old benches. The walls have some posters on them, and the teachers are usually busy with paperwork or teaching. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Sometimes the fans make noise, and the desks have scratches from years of use. It gets quite hot in the summers, but we manage with what we have. People in Abohar know where we are. It’s just a place for learning and getting through the day. We don't have big signs or anything. Just the name on the gate. It's busy during the afternoon when everyone is leaving. Some kids walk home, others wait for their parents. It is a simple routine that happens every single day of the week except Sundays. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy with so many students. That’s just how it is here. The address is 152116 for the mail, but mostly people just walk in. It’s a part of the local life in this part of town. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big deal out of it.
