Bhai Maha Singh College

We are right here on Kkp Rd in Muktsar, and most people around here know where that is. It’s a busy spot, especially when classes let out and everyone is trying to get home at once. The college is just a bunch of buildings where we try to keep things running smoothly every day. It’s not a fancy place with lots of mirrors or expensive art, just bricks and benches and a lot of students walking around with bags full of notes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just open the windows and keep talking. That is just how life is here. We have a lot of students who travel in from the villages nearby, so the mornings are always a bit of a rush at the main gate. The staff usually gets in early to make sure the rooms are unlocked. We’ve got a library where it’s actually quiet, which is a nice change from the noise on the road outside. It is a practical place. People come here to study, take their exams, and move on to whatever is next for them. We see a lot of different people pass through these halls over the years. Some are hardworking, some just want to get through the day. It’s a regular college in a regular town, doing what we can with what we have. There is nothing special about the chairs in the lobby, but they are usually full of people waiting.
