3Star Bricks Industries

3Star Bricks Industries is based at Post- Sagar Beena, Bhaya, Dhaka, in the East Champaran district. We are situated in a fairly rural area, near the Had Quarter, which gives us the space we need for our brick kiln. It is a lot of hard, manual work that starts early in the morning and often goes until dark. We’ve been doing this for many years now, and we have a routine that works for us. We don’t have a big marketing department or any fancy brochures. It’s just us out here in the field, making sure the bricks are being produced properly. Most of our day is spent dealing with the heat from the kilns and moving heavy materials around. It’s not a job for everyone, but it is what we do. Dhaka is the closest town where we go for our supplies, but most of our time is spent right here at the site in Sagar Beena. We don’t try to sound corporate or polished because that isn't who we are. We are just local workers doing an honest job in East Champaran. Sometimes the seasons are tough on us, but we just keep going. We don’t have any big speeches about our goals. We just want to make sure the work gets done and we can provide for our families. It’s a simple, practical way to live and work, and we are fine with that.
