We operate out of Village Fathpur Jattan, which is under the Nogawan post office in the Fatehgarh Sahib district. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the bigger cities, but we like being out here. Metro Cooling And Heating Systems is basically a local workshop where we fix and maintain various temperature control units. Whether it is an air conditioner or a heating system, we’ve probably seen it before. The village setting means we know almost everyone who calls us. We don't have a big fleet of branded trucks. Usually, it’s just one of us heading out with a toolkit to a customer’s house or farm. The work is often seasonal; we are swamped when the heat hits in the summer and then again when it gets cold in the winter. In between, we spend our time in the workshop repairing parts or tidying up. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a slow and steady way to run a business, but it suits the pace of life here in Fathpur Jattan. We take pride in just being able to fix things that are broken and helping our neighbors stay comfortable regardless of the weather outside. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary, and we are happy to be the ones doing it for the local community.
