Jai Shri Ram Stone Industry

Our yard is right at the Main Chowk near Village Jarerua, just off A.B. Road. It is a busy spot with a lot of traffic passing by all day. Running a stone industry is heavy, physical work. There is always the sound of cutting or moving rocks from one side to the other. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and plenty of dust. It is the kind of job where you go home tired every single day. We have been set up here for a while now. People know the location because of the chowk and the landmark. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a bunch of us working with stone. We see all kinds of people coming in looking for materials for their projects. Some are building small houses and some are doing bigger things. We just provide what they need. The machines we use are tough and they have to be because stone is hard. Working with stone isn’t easy on the equipment or on the body. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just process stone. Sometimes the weather is against us, but we try to keep moving as much as possible. The village is close by, so we see a lot of local faces every morning. It is a practical business. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist. If you want us, you have to find us out in the yard among the piles. We just keep at it.
