G. G Stones

G. G Stones is located at Plot No.S-2 in the Banmore Industrial Area. We have a fairly large yard where we keep all our stone stock. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always stone dust and bits of rock lying around. We spend our days moving heavy slabs and loading them onto trucks. It takes a lot of physical effort. We don't have a fancy office or a showroom with lights. We just have the stone out in the open where you can see it in the natural light. It’s a straightforward way to do business. We deal with a lot of different people, from builders to homeowners who are just looking for something specific. The industrial area is always busy, so there’s a lot of traffic and noise around us. We just focus on our own plot. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a stone yard in Banmore. We have a couple of machines for cutting and polishing, but mostly it’s just about moving the inventory. It’s a tough job but we like the honesty of it. You can see exactly what you’re getting. We just work through the orders as they come in and try to keep things moving along.
