We run Tile Asiano Llp out of Radhe Residency in Patel Nagar. We are up on the third floor, in flat 301. Being in Morbi means we are right in the heart of the tile industry, which is pretty much what this whole area is known for. Our daily life involves talking to factories, checking on tile quality, and making sure orders are being processed properly. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more of a working office where we handle the logistics and the sales side of things. Rajkot and Morbi have a very specific way of doing business, often based on long-term relationships and just getting the work done. We deal with all sorts of tiles and try to keep up with what people are asking for these days. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty around here because of all the construction and the factories nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Gujarat. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the tile business well enough to keep things running. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at samples to make sure they match what was ordered. We don't make any big promises, we just try to get the tiles from the factory to the customer without any breakage or delays along the way. It’s a lot of manual tracking and following up with transporters.
