Star Exim

Our office is up on the second floor of Nine Plaza, specifically in room 38. Karol Bagh is a crowded place, and finding a spot for a scooter can be a real headache most mornings. We’ve been at Star Exim for a bit now, just managing the day-to-day export and import stuff from this corner. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the elevator is acting up, which happens more than we’d like in this heat. The office is pretty small but it fits our desks and the stacks of files we keep on the shelves. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out long emails to people we might never actually meet in person. That’s just the nature of this work. 8-A is the block we're in, and there's always something going on downstairs in the market with the vendors and shoppers. We try to stay organized, but with so many papers moving around, it gets messy by the end of the week. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just want to get through the orders without too many mistakes or delays. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs. Dealing with international trade from a second-floor office in Delhi has its moments. Some days are slow, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just keep at it.
