Shree Chemicals

You can find us at B-30 in Ceramic Plaza I, right on NH-8A. This area is the heart of the ceramic trade, so being here makes a lot of sense for a business like Shree Chemicals. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. It’s not a huge office, but it fits everything we need. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the right products are getting to the right factories. There are always bags and containers being moved around the plaza. It’s a very functional environment. No one is wearing suits here; we’re all in our work clothes, usually with a bit of dirt on them. The highway outside is always loud, and there’s a constant stream of traffic. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the plaza pretty well. We share news about the industry or just talk about the weather over tea. We don’t really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just know that the factories around here need certain materials to keep their kilns running, and we provide them. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning. Some days are slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, and other days we can’t even find a minute to sit down. That’s just the nature of the business on NH-8A. We take it as it comes.
