Proofer Chemicals

Our unit, Proofer Chemicals, is located out near Dhuva Chowkadi, right by the 8A National Highway in Wakaner. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of dust and the sound of heavy machinery everywhere. We are situated near Mistri Engineering. Working with chemicals means we have to be careful with how we store things, so our space is mostly filled with large drums and tanks. The highway is always busy with long-distance trucks carrying goods across the state. It gets very hot out here during the summer months, and the wind blows the sand around quite a bit. Our office is just a small brick room on the side of the main storage area. It’s functional but not very comfortable at all. We don’t have fancy brochures or catalogs to hand out. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing our work boots and covered in a bit of grit from the yard. We handle all the mixing and packing right here on the floor. It’s hard work, especially when the orders pile up and we have to stay late to finish. The water in this area isn't great, so we bring our own bottles from home every morning. We’ve been operating in Dhuva for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rough environment. It’s not a place for people who like air-conditioned offices. We just do the work that needs doing and make sure the chemicals are prepared correctly for the people who buy them from us.
