Seema Hardware Mart

Seema Hardware Mart is located on Lilapar Road, right opposite the Panjrapol. It is a well-known landmark, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. The shop has been a part of this street for a long time. When you walk in, you’ll see rows and rows of bins and drawers filled with all sorts of hardware. It smells a bit like metal and oil, which is pretty standard for a place like this. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that keep the air moving during the summer months. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of moving heavy items around. We have a wooden counter where we do all the calculations, often using a simple calculator and a notepad. There are usually a few regulars hanging around chatting about the news or local events. We aren't interested in being a big chain store. We like being a local mart where we know our customers. Sometimes we have to hunt around for a specific item if it’s tucked away in the back, but we usually find it eventually. The traffic on Lilapar Road can be quite heavy, especially with trucks, so it gets a bit loud. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s a simple life running a hardware shop, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We've got most things people are looking for.
