Parekh Vadilal Jivanbhai Chokshi & Sons is situated in Saraf Bazar at Mota Chowk. We are quite close to the Golden Silver Bus Stand. If you've ever been to this part of the city, you know how busy the bazar can get. It’s the heart of the trade here, and the energy is something else. Our shop is one of many in the area, but we’ve been here long enough that people know the name. The building is older, with that character you only get from years of use. Inside, it's a bit cramped because we have a lot of items and equipment tucked into every corner. It’s a family-run kind of place, where we all pitch in regardless of what the job is. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done the old-fashioned way with ledgers and pens. The sound of the buses at the stand nearby is something we hear all day long. Sometimes it’s a bit much, but it means people are always coming and going, which is good for the bazar. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just speak plainly and do the work that needs doing. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but Mota Chowk still feels like the same place it always was. At Parekh Vadilal Jivanbhai Chokshi & Sons, we just keep doing what we’ve always done.
