Our office is 503 on the 5th floor of Eden Ceramic City. We are out in Village Lalpar, which is the heart of the porcelain industry in this region. If you drive around here, all you see are trucks and factory chimneys. We focus on porcelain products and manage everything from this office. It is a high-up spot, so we can see quite a lot of the surrounding area from our windows. The building is full of people doing similar work, so there is always a lot of movement in the elevators. We don't have a polished corporate look. Our office is filled with catalogs and small pieces of porcelain that we use as examples for our clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the production managers down in the factories. It’s our job to make sure the quality is right before anything gets loaded onto a truck. Sometimes we go down to the warehouse ourselves to check on a specific batch. We don't use a lot of fancy words or promotional talk. We just know our porcelain and we know what the market wants. The village of Lalpar isn't a quiet place, but it is where the work gets done. We have a small group of people working here who have been in the trade for a long time. We focus on being reliable so that the people we sell to don't have to worry about their orders. It is a straightforward way of doing things.
