Our business, Lucid Microns, is situated in Ghuntu village. We are located at Survey No. 739 on Lakhdhirpur Road. This area is a big part of the Morbi-Rajkot industrial belt. If you drive down Lakhdhirpur Road, you will see a lot of activity related to minerals and ceramics. We focus on the micron side of things here. Our site is practical and built for work. We have been operating out of Ghuntu for a while now. It’s a busy place with a lot of heavy machinery and trucks coming in and out every hour. The survey plot is where all the action happens. We spend our days managing the processing and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It isn't a clean, white-collar environment; it’s a place where things get made and moved. The air is often thick with the smell of industry and the sound of machines. We have a small office on the property to handle the administrative side, but most of the real work happens out on the floor. Gujarat’s industrial zones are tough places to work, but they are full of energy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. We are part of a large network of businesses in this district that keep the local economy moving. It is a no-nonsense type of life here in Ghuntu and we are used to the grind. There is always something that needs fixing or moving throughout the day.
