You see a lot of factories and large sheds everywhere you look. We are one of those spots. The ground is often red with dust, and there is a lot of movement throughout the day. We focus on tiles, just like many others in this region of Rajkot. Our setup is pretty basic because we care more about getting the work done than having a fancy office. The staff here mostly comes from the local villages nearby. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting early in the morning. It can be hard work, especially when the machines are running or when we are loading up the heavy tiles for shipment. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. We are just local people who know how to make and move tiles. It’s what we have been doing and what we will probably keep doing for a long time. It is a simple way of life out here. Sometimes we sit out in the shade and have our lunch while watching the trucks go by. It’s an honest living for everyone involved.
