Our company is situated in the GIDC area of Morbi, specifically at Plot No 20726 on 8 A N H. If you’ve ever been to Morbi, you know it’s a place where things are actually made, and being in the GIDC means we are right in the middle of all that industrial activity. It’s a bit dusty and there are trucks moving around all the time, but it’s a practical place to be for a business like ours. Goldrich Technologies India is an OPC, so it’s a pretty small and focused setup. We don’t have a fancy office with a view of a park; our view is mostly of other industrial plots and warehouses. But that’s fine by us. We aren't here for the scenery. We spend our time inside the office working on various technical projects. It can get quite hot in the summer, especially out here in the GIDC, so we rely heavily on our old air conditioner. Most of the people working here are from the local area, and we have a very relaxed way of doing things. We don't have formal dress codes or long, boring meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and we do it. It’s honest work in a tough, busy environment. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't; we are just a local business trying to do things right.
