Our operation is located out in Sartanpar village, which is in the Wankaner Taluka of the Morbi district. We are at Survey Number 110. Being out in a village area like this means we’re surrounded by a lot of open space and other industrial plots. It’s quite different from working in the middle of a big city. We deal with minerals, so there’s a lot of physical material moving around and plenty of paperwork to go with it. The roads out here can get pretty rough during the monsoon season, which makes logistics a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have a small office on the site where we handle all the administrative stuff. It’s mostly just us, a few desks, and the sound of trucks coming and going. We’ve been here for several years and have gotten to know the local area quite well. Most of us come from the surrounding villages or from Morbi. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just come to work, do what needs to be done with the minerals, and make sure everything is recorded properly. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. It’s dusty and it’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We take pride in just being a solid local business that people can rely on.
