We have our office at the New Marketing Yard on the Morbi Highway. It’s Office No. Pa 121. This area is part of Bedi village. It’s a very active spot for trading and there is always something happening. Amee International Llp is right in the middle of all that action. You can hear the trucks and the laborers working from early morning until late at night. Our office is quite small and we have it filled with ledgers and samples. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just a place to sit and do business. My partner and I handle the trading ourselves. We go out into the yard often to check on the goods and talk to the drivers. The tea stall across the street is where we spend a lot of our time talking to other traders. It’s how we find out what is happening in the market. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy slogans. We just talk plain English and get to the point. The highway is always busy, so getting around can take some time. We’ve been at this location for several years now and we know the rhythms of the yard. It’s a tough environment but it’s where the real work happens. We just want to keep moving forward and doing right by the people we trade with. There is always someone new to meet in this yard.
