About Adityaraj Refractories – Metals & Minerals in Morbi
Our place is out in Jambudiya, specifically the Bhayati area. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s where Adityaraj Refractories has its roots. Being near Zala Manojsinh's property, we have enough space to stack our supplies. The work involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving refractory items around. It isn't a clean job. Dust is part of our daily life here, and you can see it on our clothes and the old trucks we use. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We just have a small room with a desk where we keep the ledgers. Most of the day is spent outside or in the storage shed checking the inventory. We’ve got a small crew of locals who know the business well. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a local outfit trying to make things work in our corner of the world. Sometimes the rain makes the ground muddy and we have to wait for things to dry out before moving the heavy loads. It’s just part of the routine. People around here know us, and we know them. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families when the sun goes down. It is a simple life and we like the quiet of the village.
